Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview

Clear Vision Technologies (CVT) aims to ensure customers are confident in their purchases. Because our products are specialized technological equipment, returns and refunds are handled under the conditions outlined below.

Certain products may follow different procedures depending on the manufacturer and shipping origin.

2. Thermal Master Products (Shipped from UAE)

Thermal Master products stocked and shipped from the UAE may be returned under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and unopened, with the original factory seal intact.
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

Products that have been opened, installed, activated, or used are not eligible for return, unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

Defective Products

If a Thermal Master product is defective or damaged upon arrival, CVT will assist with one of the following solutions after inspection:

  • Product replacement
  • Warranty repair through the manufacturer
  • Refund if replacement is not available

Customers must notify CVT promptly and may be asked to provide photos or videos of the issue.

3. NightRide Products (Shipped Directly from the United States)

NightRide products are shipped directly from the manufacturer in the United States.

Due to international shipping logistics, returns are not automatically accepted.

If a customer wishes to request a return, the request must first be submitted to CVT for review. Approval will depend on:

  • the condition of the product
  • manufacturer policies
  • shipping feasibility

In cases of confirmed product defects or shipping damage, CVT will coordinate with the manufacturer to determine the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

4. Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require Return Authorization (RMA) issued by CVT before the product is shipped back.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

  • order number
  • product name
  • reason for return
  • photos or video if the product is damaged or defective

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

CVT is not responsible for shipping costs related to change-of-mind returns or unauthorized returns.

6. Inspection and Approval

Returned products are subject to inspection once received.

CVT reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • the product has been used
  • packaging or accessories are missing
  • the product shows signs of installation, damage, or modification

7. Refund Processing

If a return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. International Orders

Customers outside the UAE are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance charges imposed by their country.

CVT is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
